Pastor Shelley Carter is a dynamic prophetic leader, serving in both sacred and secular spaces. Her deep compassion does not limit her ability to lead with assurity and clarity, it empowers it. She holds a degree in Psychology and Health Education from Coppin State University. She has served in mininstrial leadership for over 20 years, in capacities as Youth Pastor & Lead Pastor.
In this new assignment from The Lord, Shelley has been commissioned to make faith move - realizing that our belief should empower us to do something! Through Demonstration Nation, and after the leading of The Holy Spirit, she is ready to raise a culture of Kingdom Doers, not Kingdom Dwellers, who are ready and equipped in heart, in power, and in purity to make the Kingdom tangible to a world that desperately need to see and EXPERIENCE Jesus!
